We work with all types of professionals in many different industries, in developing referral partnerships to bring mutually beneficial value to each party. Designers, architects, builders and Realtors along with any type of business who seeks to partner together. We do enjoy working with interesting characters as well as disruptors ... those who are seeking to bring positive disruption to their own industries.
Goal
Our goal is very simple: Help our referral partners to earn more, while working less, reduce everyone's stress and improve our life balance ... and ... have a lot of fun while doing that.
How Does This Work?
That entirely depends on your goals for a referral partnership. The higher the goals you have the more excited we get as the higher goals we will have as well. We are of course interested in referring business to one another, but it's far more than just that. We seek to make key introductions to other referral partners, help you take a look at your marketing and sales systems and assist you in getting more referrals from your current clients.

- Step 2: Have a 30 minute Zoom call with one of our team members and/or our outside executive coaching team.
- Step 3: Determine if all parties believe there is a mutual interest in developing a working referral partnership together.
We also have weekly webinars / Zoom business development calls where you, your team, business clients or anyone you know can attend to ask questions about personalities or any business challenge being faced.
We also have lunch and learn events at our showroom throughout the year where we will invite you and those you would like to invite, to attend. Each lunch and learn features a specific topic or training to bring value and education to those in attendance.
For years we have developed multiple profitable partnerships and one of the most valuable tools we use is the Personality Masteries Assessment. After you complete this short series of questions, we will send you a short report and schedule a fun, educational and mutually beneficial session to determine if there would be a good fit in working together.
