Quick Start Certification . . .
Quick Start is almost deceptively easy. It's so easy it takes less than 45 seconds to learn.
Everyone . . . and we mean everyone, you talk with ask the following question . . .
"With everything you've got going, what would you say your biggest challenge might be, in any area of your life . . . personally or professionally?"
Listen closely to their response and then say . . . "Hmmm, that's interesting tell me more."

Step 1 ~ It's Easy!
DO NOT make this harder than what it is. You just ask the same question to everyone you meet. You do it all the time, every time, until you make it a reflex and it happens without you thinking about it.
Step 2 ~ Track Results
Work with your ActionVISION coach and/or your ARRT Mentor to create a simple Google spreadsheet to track each person's biggest challenge and then "tell me more" responses.
Step 3 ~ ARRT Tree
Have your ARRT Mentor ~ click here ~ to help you set goals for number of BC's you get each week. Help your 2 ARRT Buddies ~ click here ~ to do the same and then help them help their 2 ARRT Buddies.
Get People's Biggest Challenge
Yep . . . it's that easy! Do this to everyone you know. The more practice you get at getting their biggest challenge, the better you'll get and you'll start to build a reflex to make this happen.
You say / ask . . .
"________________________, I was just curious, with all the things you've got going . . . what would you say . . . the biggest challenge . . . you may be facing in . . . any area of your business or life?"
"Hmmm . . . thanks _____________, for sharing. I'll give this some thought. If I come up with any thoughts, which might help you . . . what's the best way to connect with you?"
FEEL . . . the energy of what they are saying, not just the words! No . . . you probably aren't getting what we are saying . . . especially men, analytic and driver personality types. You need to feel the music, what's going on in the soul.

Actually, it really is! Individuals who make it harder than what it is . . . well . . . the system won't work for them OR . . . it will take a lot longer to work. It's really up to us if we decide to "Trust the integrity of the system or not."
Smile: Yes, you must smile, even on the phone. People can feel and sense your smile. (Amiable)
Be Intentional & KISS: Do what you are supposed to do, not more, not less. Don't over talk or share. (Driver)
Be Causal & Fun: This is NOT that big of a deal. Don't be serious, have fun in your voice and think like a friend or small child. (Expressive)
Follow The System: If you aren't getting results, it may take more than doing this once to succeed AND your tone, confidence, the casual way you do it . . . everything matters. (Analytic)

Yep . . . we're telling you this really works! People actually think you CARE and are interested in them vs. just being like most people in the world. We're serious, try it!
No . . . we mean really listen!
Yes, that's it. DO NOT give them feedback on what they say! That's not following the system! KISS ~ Keep It Simple . . . Sweetheart! :-) Your goal is to show them you care even more and come back in a few days or week with additional thoughts . . . IT IS NOT . . . to show them how smart you are. If you reply with anything else, you risk the system not working for you. Talking won't help you hearing deeply what they are saying.
